  • Damage due to incorrect installation or assembly by the customer
  • Fading from direct sunlight exposure
  • Wood decay from prolonged water exposure
  • Damage from non-standard dry-cleaning or harsh chemicals.

Delivery:

We aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for our customers.

  • Free Delivery: Available for the first delivery attempt to your shipping address. If you miss this delivery, an additional charge will apply for a second attempt.
  • Service Lift Absence: If there’s no service lift, delivery will be made to the ground floor.
  • Delivery Holding Period: If you fail to receive your product, it will be held at the nearest delivery hub for 10 days. After this period, Woodkit reserves the right to charge additional fees or cancel the order.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: The delivery time mentioned on the product page is an estimate. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days depending on the location. Delays may occur during high order volumes in festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Woodkit is not responsible for such delays but will provide updates accordingly.
  • Minimum to Maximum Delivery Timeline: Products will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
