“WoodKit was born from a simple belief — that the tools we use in our kitchen should be as beautiful as the food we create.

Founded by Danish Shaikh in Mumbai, WoodKit started as a passion for traditional Indian craftsmanship and sustainable living. We saw how mass-produced plastic kitchenware was replacing the timeless wooden tools that Indian kitchens had relied on for generations — and we decided to do something about it.

Every piece in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans using India’s finest woods — Sheesham, Rosewood, Neem, Acacia, and Pinewood. No two pieces are identical. Each carries its own grain, its own character, its own story.
