Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Process:

If you wish to cancel an item purchased from Woodkit, please follow these steps:

  • Cancellation Due to Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify the delivery personnel immediately upon receipt and report the issue to our customer care team at(Email id).
  • Assessment and Resolution: Our team will assess the damage or defect within 72 hours and provide an appropriate solution. This may include replacement or other corrective measures as deemed necessary by Woodkit.
  • Cancellation Terms: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if the order has not been shipped.

Return & Refund Process:

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Pick-Up Process: All cancelled items must be picked up from your or the customer’s premises before the refund process can begin.
  • Refund Initiation: After receiving the products back at our warehouse, a refund will be initiated within 2-3 days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, except for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
  • Processing Charges: Depending on the order, processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Restocking Fee: Refunds for refused delivery orders by customers will be issued after deducting a 20% restocking fee.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued in the form of a Woodkit coupon code.
  • Exclusions: Orders placed during sales or with discounts cannot be returned. They are only covered under the replacement policy for damages or defects

Delivery:

Our support and delivery team will assist you throughout the hassle-free installation process, if included with the product

  • Free Delivery: Free delivery applies to the first attempt only. Additional charges may apply for subsequent visits due to missed deliveries.
  • Service Lift Absence: In buildings without a service lift, delivery will be made to the ground floor only.
  • Special Delivery Requests: Extra charges apply for weekend or specific time deliveries.
  • Product Holding: If you fail to receive the products within 10 days of arrival at your nearest delivery centre, Woodkit reserves the right to charge for holding the products longer.
